Siemens has launched Sustainability Manager, a new software app within its Building X digital building platform, to help organizations accelerate initiatives to reach net-zero goals.
The app collects, stores and analyzes data from utility bills to help recognize success and identify opportunities for improvements. Available at three subscription levels, it provides net-zero data, budgets and results within a single app. Customized dashboards and widgets allow stakeholders—including engineers, technicians, operators and facility managers—to communicate and report performance for a portfolio of buildings.
“Our solution helps customers lower energy consumption and reduce waste,” says Johannes Mario Kahlert, vice-president (VP) of building products for Siemens’ smart infrastructure business. “Sustainability Manager complements other existing software that supports asset planning and energy management.”
